Quotes and payment

The dispatcher quotes a price based on what you tell us. The quote covers the work described on the call. If the driver finds that additional work is required (for example winching a vehicle that will not roll), he will tell you the additional charge before performing it. Payment is due on completion by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash unless you hold a fleet account with agreed terms.

Your vehicle

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it moved. We photograph the vehicle at pickup and drop-off. Pre-existing damage is noted. We are not responsible for loose personal property left in the vehicle, or for mechanical faults that existed before the tow.

Highways

On the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway the shoulder is served by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's authorized garages. We collect the vehicle from the exit or the garage's lot. Charges levied by the Authority or its garages are separate from ours.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the truck arrives. If the truck has been dispatched and is on the way, a dispatch fee may apply; the dispatcher will tell you the amount.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability for our negligence causing death or personal injury.
